“Urb” is a 1992 Toyota Hiace Grand Commuter — a gem of a vintage van that seats 10 humans. It was imported from Japan in 2022, and Erica came across the van for sale on Instagram in the summer of 2024. She instantly fell in love: cushy burgundy seats, quirky shape, massive sliding windows to soak in the breeze, and right-hand drive (yes, she gets a lot of stares on the road, and, yes, it’s legal).
